Returns

Before returning parts to Aerospace Components you must first contact us for a RMA number! Any return without an RMA number attached will be refused. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving parts, be in like new condition and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There are no refunds available on custom, anodized or special order items. On these items all sales are final!

Repairs

Aerospace Components can repair most items we manufacture. Before sending in an item for repair: please contact us for a RMA number. We may be able to give an estimate for repair over the phone but that estimate is subject to change once the parts have been received and a final assessment completed. Make sure you have your name, address and phone number in the box before you ship anything.

Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive your order and pieces are damaged or missing please contact us immediately. Save all packaging in case the freight company needs it for review. You have 3 days to report a damaged package. Please check all packages and make sure nothing is missing from your order. Missing pieces must be reported within 3 days, after that period we are not responsible for any missing items.
